How long will it take to get my refund?

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. We will not process refunds until the product is returned to our warehouse.

How will I know when my refund goes through?

Refunds take a little bit of time to process so you should see confirmation in your account or on your statement within 7 to 14 business days.

How do I get a replacement cartridge?

Replacing a compatible cartridge is simple! To get started, get in touch with our customer support team. If you have an issue with a product within the first year of purchase, we will send a replacement cartridge to you. A prepaid return mailing label will be included with the new cartridge so you can ship the faulty product back to our warehouse free of charge. Cartridges are also eligible for a replacement within the second year of purchase, but we ask that you ship the faulty cartridge back to our warehouse first. Once the faulty cartridge is received by our returns team, we will ship the replacement cartridge out to you via standard shipping.

Is there a restocking fee?

- Defective items: If the whole order is returned; you will receive a full refund. If only part of the order is returned; you will receive a refund for the items being returned only.
- Non-defective unopend items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only.*There will also be a mandatory restocking fee of 10% for non-defective items.
- Non-defective opened items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM items.

Can I just get store credit?

When returning cartridges that can no longer be used and still under our one year warranty, a refund would be issued back to the original method of payment. To keep the accounts clean we try to avoid leaving credits but it is an option, please contact us for this option

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Genuine Brand Guarantee

OEM or genuine brand products are original cartridges sold by the printer manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with an OEM product, please contact us within 15 days so we can take care of you.


Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages

Items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.
To qualify for a replacement, customers must report any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date.


Exchanges

Customers that ordered the wrong product or no longer need a particular cartridge, might be eligible for an exchange. To qualify, products must be unopened and covered by the 2 year guarantee. Opened products will not qualify for an exchange and will be sent to a recycling facility. To set up an exchange, please call our customer service team

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
